We have been looking into the Twin Health Juicer for a little while now and have not rushed our review out as we have noticed many positive but also some not so positive reviews and wanted to get all the facts together before we presented the details on this Juicer.
Ok so first let’s have a look at some of the characteristics of the Twin Health Juicer…
- It is bigger than the centrifugal and champion juicers
- Weight is about 24 pounds
- Covered by an easy to clean plastic shell
- High power low RPM motor (500 watts)
- Supplied with various size juicing nettings/screens
- Large steel twin gears (15 Teeth)
Now because we have had mixed reviews about this product and because we have not physically tried it ourselves, below is both the positive and negative reviews we have gathered from across the world.. Which should be sufficient for you to make an informed decision.
The Positive Reviews on the Twin Health Juicer
- The Twin Health Juicer is quieter than most the juicers on the market
- The Juice yield is more than most juicers, not so much for fruit but for Carrots and other vegetables and leafy greens
- Intelligent sensors let you know when the juicer is overloaded or jammed which extends the life of the motor
- The supplied screens are well designed and effective for maximum juice
- The extra large gears are less likely to wear out
- Produces less froth than some of the other juicers on the market
- Twin Head Controls were accessible from either side (Most only have access to one side)
- The Twin Health Jug is well designed
- Easy to clean
The Negative Reviews of the Twin Health Juicer
- Firstly we must say that one company in Australia has discontinued the sale of the Twin Health Juicer for reasons they say “The is over 25% returns and repairs”
- Another reviewer in the United Kingdom claimed that when the juicer arrived it had loose parts in the motor area and he could not find out where they were supposed to be fitted to (A little worrying to say the least)
- Jams have been reported which shows some concern as the Twin Health Juicer does have built in safety functions that don’t seem to work
- The reverse function only works for a few seconds and automatically jumps into the forward gear without notice
- Some juicer seems to come out of the gear housing
Ok so that’s our review of the Twin Health Juicer, it seems like it is a solid and well thought out product with some unique features that other juicers do not have. I think it may be possible that not enough it done in the quality control department before the product is shipped… If they can get this area resolved (May have already) then I think they could be a strong competitor in out Top 10 Juicers list.
